The portal to the applications of sharedforces GmbH.

Here are the programs built and run within the group: an ERP, a workplace for the computer and a studio for video. They are made for the businesses of the group and taken into everyday use there step by step. This page is the way in — every application has a page of its own.

Applications

ICM9

ICM9 is the ERP for small and medium-sized businesses. One data model, one interface — the core idea is radical simplification: no kit of modules, no double entry, but one continuous set of data that every area works on. Anyone using it does not have several programs side by side, but one. ICM9 is in the team's everyday use today.

Accounting fully operable

Operable end to end; currently in trial use on test data. The paths are there — the real data is what is missing.

In ICM9 Luke is built out the furthest: a co-pilot right inside the interface, with a knowledge base at the menu.

ICM OS

ICM OS is the company's workplace in a single window. Instead of ten windows and a row of browser tabs there is a bar of apps on the left and the work in the middle. The bar stays put; only the middle changes. It runs as a desktop app for Windows 10 and 11; a Mac edition is to follow.

These are the apps in the bar — all of them in the same window:

LCS

Luke Cinema Studios stands for AI-assisted video production. To be honest about it: an early stage — the direction is set, the scope is still growing. It is here because it belongs here, not because it is finished.

An early stage: more is being made here right now than is already finished. What works today is narrow; what it becomes will be decided over the next rounds. More about it on the application's own page.

Here too Luke is planned as the co-pilot.

One co-pilot, Luke, the same one in every application. It does not sit beside the interface but inside it — and it knows what is selected and what is being worked on. What it can do grows with the application it stands in.

Behind the applications, a complete company in virtual form is at work. An organisation with roles — a leadership, one product manager per application, staff roles for the specialist subjects that run across them all. With processes — orders come in, deliveries go out, decisions are taken in short rounds. And with a body of knowledge of its own, filed in order and growing with every round.

The workforce of this company are AI employees. People set the direction, decide and sign off; the company is not operated, it is commissioned. Everything that is linked above is developed, documented, decided and run there.
